Honeywell EAC is 1" smaller than duct, is OK?

Hi, am planning to buy an F300 EAC, 20x25". My duct is 21x26" - could that cause any problem?

I'll have to get some kind of graduated connector made up I imagine...

Assuming the duct system in general is properly sized and in good shape it should not be an issue that warrants making a transition IMO.

should be ok just seal it off from where the old one was bigger
