Amana apg15 changeover

Hi Everyone, I have a question concerning an Amana APG15 3.0 ton gas package unit. The unit is 1.5 years old. I'm purchasing it from a guy that has it hooked to a shop and is moving. I'm on natural gas he's using it on propane. I asked if he still had orfices and springs for gas valve for nat. gas. He claims nothing was changed to convert to propane that the guy came out and only adjusted regulator. Is this possible on these newer units? I haven't done it in years but remember changing orfices and springs years ago. I'm gonna get an installer to do it but he's out of town now.Thanks for any help.

The spec sheet for it, list different orifices for propane. So if what he said is true. the heat exchanger may not be in good shape.
