Looking for a little help...I have not ran any volts yets just trying to get a starting point..
Heat didnt work lastnigt(2/8/12) so i went and done a reset which turned the power off at the furance and switched the natural gas valve to off and let it set for 5 minutes and then turned it back to the on position. Turned the power back on and all worked well. Then this morning(2/9/12) I ran across the same thing. I went to the thermostat and tried to see if it would start again. Raised the temp several degress above the setting and heard the thermostat click but the furance didnt turn on after several minutes. I went to the furance and took the cover off and noticed that the led light was flashing a 34. I turned the unit off and back on and it started to cycle. Noticed that the burner flames would come on for a little bit and then turn off. The motor would run and turn off. Guessing it was going thru a self check. I am thinking that maybe the ignitor might be bad or the circuit board. I found a trouble shoot guide but with no volt meter to check yet seeing what the pros have to think.
Thanks in advance,
Dwayne
