I would like to know if you had a 1500 square foot house what size kw strips would you need. then if you ran that electric furnace for 144 hours at 90 degrees, how many kw's would you use.

Too little info.
Climate/location? How well insulated is the house? Lets say average climate and average insulation, so lets say a nice even 50k BTU's. So you'd need 15kW strips. At $0.10/kwhr, that's $216 for 144 hours of run time. In comparison a 95% efficient furnace for the same runtime at $0.80/therm would be about $60. A heat pump would be around $100 to operate.

Maybe 10KW. So 1440 KW in 144 hours.
