I would first applaud our president for opening with thanking our troops and God blessing our nation in closing. That is classy. I just have a few issues in between:

On the military he says: They're not consumed with personal ambition. They don’t obsess over their differences. They focus on the mission at hand. They work together. Imagine what we could accomplish if we followed their example.

I am only a little uncomfortable with this. It should be kept in mind I am not some part of the military, as I do have another job. Neither am I CONSUMED with personal ambition but I do have some little bit of that. I will suggest that the military personnel also have personal ambition. He is talking about them like they are ants or worker-bees. That creeps me out. Twice since he seems to think I should tow the line. WTF is his problem with personal ambition? Good for the goose... Well let's just move on.

Think about the America within our reach: A country that leads the world in educating its people.

3 Years in office, no improvement, talking sh1t.

An America that attracts a new generation of high-tech manufacturing and high-paying jobs.

What kinda poison crack you smokin' there Obamameister? We are taking any jobs at all you have not destroyed. I suggest you get the unemployment rate above record breaking lows, then we can work on our dream jobs. Or your fantasy jobs that do not exist, just give us our old jobs back for starters and let's go forward from there.

A future where we’re in control of our own energy, and our security and prosperity aren’t so tied to unstable parts of the world.

Okay then, so stop thwarting our ability to drill our own oil and stop trying to bankrupt our massive coal industry. DUH!

An economy built to last, where hard work pays off, and responsibility is rewarded.

Oh Christ! You have a record of giving away money to loosers! Unemployment is the big windfall, and failing eco-businesses. Food-stamp president.

We can either settle for a country where a shrinking number of people do really well, while a growing number of Americans barely get by. Or we can restore an economy

Yes we all agree we need some jobs Mr. life-wrecker.

an economy where everyone gets a fair shot, everyone does their fair share,

You seriously need to take the crack needle out of your arm. Not everyone is going to do 'their fair share' as we do have slackers here. More ant fantasies? You need to be slapped upside your fat head.

I am exhausted, only part of the way through this dismal excuse of a speech. Elitist jerk. Takes no responsibility for his massive failures and promotes more of his failed agenda to cure the problems he created. I could just puke.

There is good and bad news.

The good news is that it was not the worst political speech ever given by an American politician.

The bad news is that it is second worst only to his famous "Berlin speech".
