That is what the system does to you when your email bounces. Please update your email in your UserCP, let us know when it is done and Admin will reinstate your membership status.

oh ok cool . My email is up to date now ,I still cant get the messaging down I dont see the "reply" or "send new message"buttons.

Private messages are listed in the upper right, below your user name and you may view both sent and received there.

You can either create new messages there "or" click on a users name to get the option of sending a message.
