Venting this 92% on its right side and am somewhat confused about the trap location.I put laying down inside the blower cabinet the instructions are very vague.A m i on the right track here.

Upflow venting out the right? If you have the same manual I'm looking at...
Look at view B on Page 43. The molded trap that comes with the furnace is inside hooked up to the cover of the heat exchanger. There's a tube that runs from the outlet of the inducer to another part of that cover. And put a Tee in your exhaust with a loop in your drain tube.

I think he's saying horizontal right. Which in that case you need to remove the trap from the blower compartment and relocate it to outside the cabinet. There's a knockout Provided in the cabinet to do it. You can cut the trap down if needed, but the outlet of the trap should be at least 4 inches below the HX outlet

Its a horizontal left and i moved the inducer so the vent comes out the top and i put a loop in the outlet rummer bushing on top of the inducer.its what to do with trap i guess i could cut down and mount it on the outside of the furnace.i have laying inside the blower door cabinet right now.

i was going to use a trap out of a trane that would make it alot easier then the one that comes with the furnace.
