Looking for Good Lead Installer Houston

I just joined HVAC Talk today. Great Forum! We are looking for a good lead installer in Houston. Replacement only. No new construction. Hourly new truck great benifits. I guess I should ask first if I can post job openings?

I've been installing for around 10+ yrs now, what kind of pay would I expect to make?

Your probably right, I doubt I'll be going anywhere anytime soon, the family convinced me on staying..:(
