VanEE 190H HRV

We will start building our new home in the spring and we want to have a dedicated HRV. The HRV that was recommended to us is the VanEE 190H. Is this a good one? The house is a 2 storey home about 2500SqFt and is in Ottawa, Canada.

What other residential HRV do you recommend? Do you recommend adding extra fitlration to the air comming out of the HRV into the home or is the filtration in the HRV good enough?

VanEE Venmar, Flair are all the same company now.

Lifebreathe is another good make.

The home depot or beaver lumber models are all crap, does not matter whose name is on it.
